The beaches of Cane Garden Bay and Brewers Bay are both a short 5-minute drive away down opposite sides of Solider Hill. They contrast each other perfectly. Cane Garden Bay offers lively bars, restaurants and water sports, whilst Brewers Bay is peaceful and quiet with superb swimming and snorkeling.
Rental Income
Makere House and Cottage have been let for short-term vacation rental since January 2011 with an average occupancy of 35 weeks per year.
The property has a manager, maid service and gardener in place to look-after the guests during their stay.
In order to carry out vacation rentals in the British Virgin Islands a licence is required which can be applied for during the purchasing process.

The Property

Makere House

The centre of the house is the open kitchen, living room and breakfast bar, providing a natural environment in which to relax. The master bedroom adjoins the living room, has its own en-suite bathroom and opens onto the deck and views beyond.
Makere Cottage
The cottage is just as spacious. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, day bed and plenty of closet space. The living room can be converted to a third bedroom and both rooms adjoin a 10-ft covered deck.
The pool and sun terrace are on the same level offering a welcome escape from the heat and a lovely focal point for both villas. The terrace provides a spacious area for sunbathing, barbequing and al fresco dining.
